This warranty is valid for 6 months of time printed on your Order Receipt provided you were the original purchaser of the part and you still own the vehicle on which it was installed. This warranty cannot be transferred to anyone at any time.

REFUND POLICY

Provided the defective part cannot be replaced a full refund will be issued in the amount on the order receipt. No refunds will be offered after the 30 days, to be paid by check or refunded of credit card.  No cash refunds.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Warranty does not cover damage or failure resulting from:

• Failure due to accident or collision
• Improper installation of the part
• Misuse, abuse, modification, vehicles used off-road or for racing purposes
• Chemical fallout, tree sap, salt, hail, or other environmental conditions
• Electrical

THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SUCH AS PHYSICAL INJURIES OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF TIME, LOSS OF USE OF THE VEHICLE, INCONVENIENCE, RENTAL VEHICLE CHARGES, TOWING CHARGES OR ACCOMMODATIONS RESULTING FROM THE FAILURE OF THE PART.

LEGAL

This limited warranty represents the exclusive remedy for warranty failure and the total liability of Revolution Auto Parts for any part it warrants. Revolution Auto Parts.

MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Some states do not allow disclaimers of implied warranties. Therefore, all implied warranties that may apply to your part are limited to the duration of this written warranty.

Some states also do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above information may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may have other rights which vary from state to state.

Revolution Auto Parts does not authorize any person to vary this warranty’s terms, conditions, or exclusions. If any warranty provision should become invalid or unenforceable because of any laws, the remaining terms and provisions of the warranty shall remain in full force and effect.
